Fully Adhered Astec Polymer roof membrane system over EPDM single ply membrane

Existing EPDM root. Failing seams, deteriorating surface and drains clogged.

Roof has been washed and primed. Seams and flashings have been hand taped and sealed. All membrane repairs are made at this time.

The first of -2- layers of base polymer are applied.

Completed roof after application of -2- finish layers. A total of -4- layers of polymer have been applied over the repaired and reseamed roof.

The customer reports that his air conditioner cycles on and off for the very first time. In the past, the air conditioning system was turned on in the morning and it ran nonstop until being turned off when the shop closed. Now the air conditioning system works less and is saving the owner money on his energy bill.
